Reflections On A Semester

1. What did you learn about photography that you did not know before?
-When taking a photo of water, and holding the lens open longer creates that misty flow. I never knew how to create that before.

2.What did you learn about yourself this semester?
-I learned that photography is another branch of creativity that I enjoy(besides drawing and painting).

3.What do you wish we had done that we did not?
-Learn about different photo apps that we could use to take photos with/filter. I loved seeing that man that followed the soilders around, and only used a iphone for taking photos.

4. What was your struggle?
- When using the photo enlarger, I never was able to size it right to my paper.

5.What did you conquer?
-I conquered the angles I was shooting from, and how I wanted it to transfer onto my paper/screen.

6.Give me "what's" the "whys" and "hows".
-What would you suggest is the best apps to use when taking pictures on your iphone because i might want to continue taking photos on my iphone.

-Why did we not do as much with the film cameras?

-How do you think I did on taking photographs?

Light!

I had the most trouble with the silhouettes because I found myself either to darkened, or I was to Lightened! I learned the farther you are away from the light source the darker your boddy will be.
